The Clean Vehicle Assistance Program is a pilot grant program designed to help lower-income California residents purchase a new or used hybrid or electric vehicle. The goal of the partnership between Beneficial State Foundation and California Climate Investments (CCI) is to make environmentally friendly vehicles accessible and affordable to all.

The Clean Vehicle Assistance Program is funded by California Climate Investments, a statewide initiative that puts billions of Cap-and-Trade dollars to work reducing greenhouse gas emissions.

We produced 66 animation deliverables, both in English and in Spanish, for the Fall 2019 Launch. The goal of the video campaign is to reach millions of CA residents who might be thinking about moving out of combustible engine cars into cleaner, lower emission vehicles, many of whom need financial programs, knowledge and assistance to do so. The campaign (which is in partnership with The California Air Resource Board) is designed to cut trillions of pounds of emissions.
